The workshop was planned to Train Participant and Promote   healthy life Style and Post COVID care. this initiative has brought together people who are conscious of their health and are desirous of Healthy Life Style post Covid. The workshop has provided   ample opportunity to one and all to learn the nitty Gritty of yoga and total 50 Participants were participated.
